Community Engagement Happy Hour

Following the second Open House, the Japantown Task Force recognized the need to hear from more young adults. The team partnered with local organizations Dear Community and Nakayoshi Young Professionals to help organize and market a community engagement “happy hour” at the newly opened Fermentation Lab.

Participants were given informational handouts and asked to share their thoughts by posting sticky notes on the poster boards. Afterwards, they were free to mingle and network.
