When will the renovations take place?
The conceptual design and community feedback process is scheduled to wrap up in early 2024, with a tentative plan. This plan will be further refined following a Historic Review, CEQA Review, and further stakeholder design development meetings. Construction is planned to start in early summer 2025 and will last approximately 12 months.

How much will the project cost?
The current proposed budget for the project is $7 million. This project could not be completed without the $5 million of State Funding secured by Assemblymember Phil Ting (D-San Francisco).
